Ribeye Steak with Asparagus and a Cherry Tomato/Red Pepper Flake Sauce
Great way to have a steak! Usually I just do a basic butter baste with garlic and rosemary, but wanted to try something different!

Ingredients
Asparagus
Cherry Tomatoes
Chicken Stock
Pepper
Red Pepper Flakes
Ribeye Steak
Rosemary
Salt
Instructions
Roast asparagus in on top of the stove or in the oven. Salt and pepper your steak
Sear steak about 4ish minutes each side (adjust to desired temp)
Let steak sit. While it’s sitting, deglaze pan with chicken stock, red pepper flakes and cherry tomatoes until reduced into a thicker sauce and tomatoes are blistered
Plate with asparagus on the bottom, steak on top and pour the sauce on top. Enjoy!
