Ratatouille at Hopfields
Incredible take on a classic and a favorite dish of mine. Hopfields in Austin, TX did an incredible job with the flavors, plating and service. A comfortable way to cap off a long and tiring day of work. I will be returning to Hopfields soon, hungry for more.
