Black cod and Broccoli Rabe
Haven’t cooked black cod before but I’m a big fan now, super tender and light flavor. Needed a good flavor context so I’m glad I gave it all those neighbors. Roasted parsnip puree w roasted garlic and a touch of yogurt; side salad has cucumber, radish and watercress with a chili dressing. Will be getting a better sear on it next time…
