Jerk Chicken with Mac and Greens

Stopped by the Easton Public Market in Easton PA and got island food from Bincho Don. Went with jerk chicken with sides of green salad and mac and cheese. The chicken was about as tender of chicken as I’ve ever eaten. Also tried their two sauces, green spiced mayo and red chili. The red chili one I put way too much on the first dab unfortunately and spent the next few minutes getting rid of hiccups…
