Quick and Easy Pasta Shells Marinara

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1–1.5 cups pasta shells
  • 1–1.5 cups tomato sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

Instructions

  1. Boil pasta in salted water (8–10 min), drain
  2. Heat oil, cook onion (2–3 min), add garlic (30 sec)
  3. Add ground beef, cook until browned.
  4. Stir in tomato sauce + seasoning, simmer 5–10 min
  5. Mix pasta into sauce and serve
