@Emma and I had a wonderful dinner last night at Siena Ristorante Toscana in Austin. Each course was wonderfully paired with wine. I attached the menu at the end with all the pairings for those interested! My favorite was the short rib, which I conveniently forgot to take a picture of. You can see I also almost forgot to take a picture of the carpaccio as well. My favorite wine was the last one, the Viticcio Bolgheri super blend, which paired incredibly with the black truffle puree and venison
