Garlic Butter Salmon with Asparagus and Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon filet
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/2 bundle Asparagus
  • 1/2 cup jasmine rice, rinsed
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Butter

Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package. Zest with lemon when done
  2. Cook asparagus in oven at 425 for about 13 minutes with your desired seasoning and oil
  3. Sear salmon in garlic butter 4 mins each side
  4. Plate all together and enjoy!
