Very easy to cook and quick! Gave me roughly 50g of protein from the thin cut pork chops I bought for this. Not a perfect char siu recipe by any means, but a good variant with the ingredients I had on hand

Easy Char Siu Style Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • Broccoli
  • Chicken stock
  • Dark soy sauce
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Hoisin sauce
  • Jasmine rice
  • Molasses
  • Monk fruit extract
  • Soy sauce
  • Thin cut pork chops

Instructions

  1. Marinate pork in mixture of soy sauce, dark soy sauce, hoisin sauce, monk fruit extract, minced garlic, minced ginger and molasses. Let marinate at least 8 hours if possible
  2. Sear pork over high heat just a few minutes each side to desired temperature
  3. Cook rice in chicken stock and serve with pork over the rice
  4. Cut broccoli up to desired size and sauté in the pan that had the pork to absorb flavor
