La Riv in Georgetown TX

Incredible meal I shared with the lovely @Emma last night at La Riv in Georgetown. Everything was delicious, but the ribeye probably took the cake for my favorite. The Chianti we got to go with everything was also delicious (label in pictures) and paired well with the main courses. Putting the dishes below as recipe steps in full, but they were all great. Highly recommend this place

Instructions

1. Wood Grilled Octopus with Cannellini bean puree and Calabrian chili salsa
2. Tomato burrata salad with heirloom tomatoes, burrata, field greens and a balsamic reduction
3. House made focaccia with cowboy butter and a marinara sauce
4. Gnocchi alla Vodka served with a fried parmigiano crisp
5. Tomahawk Ribeye cooked medium rare with truffle fingerling potatoes and grilled and smoked broccolini
