Korean Beef Bulgogi

Ingredients

  • 1 green cabbage
  • 1 Scallion
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1.5ish lb of sirloin steak cut thinly
  • 2 tbsp Gochujang
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Mix the Gochujang, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, monk fruit sweetener and sesame oil together in a container
  2. Take your thinly sliced sirloin and mix in up in the marinade you just made
  3. Let marinate 15 minutes to 24 hours. The longer it marinates, the more flavor will pop out
  4. When done marinating, heat a pan over high heat and cook the beef a couple of minutes each side to desired cooking temperature
  5. Shred up some green cabbage and place it down as a bed on your plate
  6. Place the beef on top of the cabbage. Use sesame seeds and thinly sliced scallion to top it off
  7. Enjoy!
