Rotisserie Chicken with Fries and Greek Salad
Whipped this up for dinner with some juicy rotisserie chicken, crispy fries, and a fresh, simple salad. It’s super easy but hits every time

Ingredients
- Black Pepper
- Cucumbers (sliced)
- Garlic Powder
- Olive Oil
- Onion (thin sliced)
- Paprika
- Potatoes
- Salt
- Tomatoes (chopped)
- Whole Rotisserie Chicken
Instructions
- Grab Rotisserie Chicken from your favorite grocery store
- Cut potatoes into fries and toss with oil, salt, and pepper
- Bake fries at 425° until crispy, flip halfway through cooking if needed
- Add cucumbers tomatoes and onions into a bowl
- Drizzle veggies with olive oil and season with salt and pepper
- Prep everything for serving!
