Place the orzo in a good size sauce pan over medium high heat and toast for a minute or two to bring out nutty flavor. When done, fill the sauce pan with about 3 cups of mostly chicken stock with a little bit of heavy cream, olive oil and lemon juice. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer for about 13 minutes
Put a couple tbsp of butter down and sautée 2 cloves garlic until fragrant and then toss in your shrimp. Sautee until cooked through
Chop up rosemary and parsley and mix into orzo when it is done.
Plate orzo down, shrimp on top and then scatter the top with some cut scallions, a couple slices of lemon and some fresh squeezed lemon juice. Enjoy!
