Instructions:
1. Marinate onions in olive oil, red wine vinegar, balsamic and Greek seasoning (1 tsp)
2. Season the ground turkey with Greek seasoning, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper (portions tbd by what feels right in your heart). Divide into 4 portions and flatten onto a tortilla
3. Heat some oil in a pan and place tortillas meat side down. Cook until meat is safe temp. (I did one at a time and then placed finished ones on a baking sheet and kept warm in the oven while I finished cooking the others)
4. While wraps cook make your yogurt sauce by mixing together yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic and dill.
5. Once the wraps are cooked dress those babies up (I chose tomato, cucumber and the marinated onions) and enjoy!
