Freshly Ground Cheeseburgers
Tried grinding my own burger meat, turned out pretty well, still have room for improvements. 7/10.

Ingredients
- American Cheese 1 per burger
- Black Pepper
- Brioche Buns
- Chuck Roast 2 lb
- Garlic and Onion Powder
- Msg
- Paprika
- Salt
Instructions
- Grind beef on coursest grind. Form into 4 oz balls of beef.
- Press into patty with something flat and dense. Use your thumbs to form a thicker rim on the burger so it doesnt shrink when it cooks.
- Mix seasonings together. you want roughly 1tsp of salt per lb of beef.
- Season patties
- Grill on high heat for ~3 minutes per side at 400-450F on a grill. Top with cheese after flipping.
- Serve on a bun with your favorite sauce and optionally fries you can airfry (previous post i have has instructions.
