Super quick 15 min delicious stir fry! Easiest with leftover rice

Shrimp Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Rice
  • Sesame oil
  • Sesame seeds
  • Shrimp
  • Soy sauce
  • Sugar Snap Peas
  • Yellow onion

Instructions

  1. Heat a wok or pan on high with sesame oil
  2. Sear shrimp 2 mins ish
  3. Remove shrimp from heat and add half moon sliced yellow onion and peas
  4. Once the onions start to become translucent, add in minced garlic, grated ginger and soy sauce
  5. Add back in shrimp and add in jasmine rice (best if a day old)
  6. Add in sesame seeds when the rice is thoroughly coated in the pan sauce
  7. Serve and enjoy!
