Shrimp Stir Fry
Super quick 15 min delicious stir fry! Easiest with leftover rice

Ingredients
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Rice
- Sesame oil
- Sesame seeds
- Shrimp
- Soy sauce
- Sugar Snap Peas
- Yellow onion
Instructions
- Heat a wok or pan on high with sesame oil
- Sear shrimp 2 mins ish
- Remove shrimp from heat and add half moon sliced yellow onion and peas
- Once the onions start to become translucent, add in minced garlic, grated ginger and soy sauce
- Add back in shrimp and add in jasmine rice (best if a day old)
- Add in sesame seeds when the rice is thoroughly coated in the pan sauce
- Serve and enjoy!
