Testing around with shrimp
I feel that shrimp are kind of hard to make fancy, outside of the traditional recipes like shrimp and grits, shrimp scampi etc. Braised some radish and sprouts and plated on herb hummus, with an orange reduction. Couldn’t figure out how to plate it but it turned out nice.
