This dish comes in at under $3 a plate for the ingredients, so really good value for you. Pork is done in a char siu style marinade and the noodles are done with a really simple sauce. Bok choy was briefly boiled. Substitute in other veggies or other ingredients to make it your own!
Put together hoisin, soy sauce, Chinese 5 spice, brown sugar, rice vinegar and molasses and let the pork marinate in it at least 8 hours
Get some water boiling for the bok choy and noodles. Also heat up a wok and a skillet for the sauce and pork
Put the pork down for about 3 minutes a side while putting doubanjiang, garlic and green onion into the wok and stirring around. Add a touch of chicken stock to thin out the sauce and reduce and cook together
Boil the noodles for 3ish minutes while everything else is down. Drain when done and directly to the wok with the sauce in there. Mix until noodles are covered
Boil bok choy in water for about 30 seconds to a minute and then plate everything together!
