11. AI-Powered Features
Definition of AI
For purposes of these Terms, “AI” or “AI-powered features” refer to automated systems and machine-learning technologies used to analyze aggregated, de-identified data and interaction signals to support functionality such as recommendations, ranking, moderation assistance, and performance optimization.
Chomps uses AI-powered features to improve recommendations, platform performance, and overall user experience. These features may rely on aggregated, de-identified interaction signals (such as feature usage patterns) to enhance functionality and personalization.
AI systems on the Platform do not make legal, medical, nutritional, food safety, or financial decisions, and are not used for targeted advertising or user profiling.
We do not train AI models on the textual, visual, or profile content of individual users, and we do not use user-generated content to train general-purpose AI models.
AI functionality may change or evolve over time as features are improved or added.
12. Payments and Commerce
Chomps does not currently process payments directly through the Platform. If future features involve transactions, payment processing will be handled by third-party providers. Routes Technologies LLC does not store payment card or banking information. Additional terms may apply to future commerce features.

14. Termination
You may delete your account at any time through Platform settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violations of these Terms, legal compliance, safety concerns, or to protect the integrity of the Platform.
Termination may be permanent and does not limit our right to pursue further action where permitted by law.
Sections relating to User Content licenses, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and any other provisions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive the termination of these Terms.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy of user-generated content. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
