Spinach omelette burrito
Little experiment I whipped up for brunch today. Proud of how it turned out!

Ingredients
- 1 oz melty cheese
- 1 Tortilla
- 1/2 cup Spinach
- 2-3 eggs
- 4-5 slices of your deli meat of choice
Instructions
- Dice your deli meat and cut your spinach for prep
- Turn a pan on medium high heat and add olive oil. Sauté turkey for 3 minutes then add spinach and finish sautéing for another 2 minutes
- OPTIONAL: in a separate pan, heat up your tortilla on low heat to start melting the cheese
- Add your 2-3 eggs to the first pan to create your omelette
- Remove all ingredients from the pan and assemble
