Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1 Tbsp rice vinegar
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 Tbsp ginger
1/4 c green onion (chopped)
12 oz broccolini
2 Tbsp Gochujang
2 tsp sesame oil
3/4 c brown or white rice
4 garlic cloves (minced)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425° then hand toss broccolini in soy sauce, oil, salt and pepper. Spread on a pan and bake for 15 minutes
Prepare your rice while waiting for the broccolini to finish
Whisk together Gochujang, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil and maple syrup in a small bowl
Heat a pan on medium high heat then cook the beef until brown (drain excess grease if desired)
Add onion, garlic, ginger and cook for1 min more
Reduce heat to low then add the Gochujang sauce until warmed through
