Easy non-traditional ramen

Was limited on ingredients for a lunch so i threw together this balanced easy ramen bowl.

Ingredients

  • 1 bundle of dried ramen
  • 1/3 cup frozen Edamame
  • 3 Eggs
  • Beef stock
  • MSG
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Soy Sauce
  • Tamari Sauce

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of water to boil. Add 2-3 eggs in gently, boil for 7 minutes. Remove eggs and place into a bowl or ice water for 10 minutes.
  2. Add more water to your pot and bring to boil. Once boiling, add a bundle or ramen and cooked to desired doneness. Drain water.
  3. In a pot of water boil 1/3-1/2 cup of edamame for 7-10 minutes until desired texture. Drain water.
  4. In a bowl mix 1-2 cups of near boiled water and mix in 2-3 tsp of beef bouillon, 1-2 tbsp of soy or tamari. Some fresh black pepper, a pinch of salt to taste, and msg to taste. Stir until combined into a flavorful stock.
  5. Add cooked ramen, top with your halves of eggs and edamame. Top with salt, pepper, and sriracha or any other topper you like
