Boil pasta → make basic white sauce (Ghee + flour + milk) → toss with veggies → finish with cheese.
(Also, I like ketchup on pasta 💀)

Ingredients
~1.5-2 cup milk
1 cup mixed veggies (broccoli, carrot, capsicum, corn, olives, jalapeño)
1 cup Pasta
1 tbsp Indian ghee
1.5 tbsp wheat flour (maida)
2 tbsp mozzarella cheese (sorry 💀)
Salt, pepper, chilli flakes, oregano as required
Instructions
Boil pasta a bit more than just al Dante with a pinch of salt
On the other side, take some Indian ghee in a pan and let is get a bit hot
Add maida in it and stir it until it becomes a thick paste
Add milk in it, in small portions, and stir it properly
Add salt, chilli flakes, pepper and oregano and keep stirring until it gets a bit thicker then normal milk
Add all the veggies, and close the lid
Wait for 2 mins and add pasta (with a bit of pasta water)
And voilaaaa, you’re done lol (don’t forget to add mozz)
