Creamy white sauce veggie pasta

Boil pasta → make basic white sauce (Ghee + flour + milk) → toss with veggies → finish with cheese. (Also, I like ketchup on pasta 💀) (Pls don’t hate me)

Creamy white sauce veggie pasta

Ingredients

  • ~1.5-2 cup milk
  • 1 cup mixed veggies (broccoli, carrot, capsicum, corn, olives, jalapeño)
  • 1 cup Pasta
  • 1 tbsp Indian ghee
  • 1.5 tbsp wheat flour (maida)
  • 2 tbsp mozzarella cheese (sorry 💀)
  • Salt, pepper, chilli flakes, oregano as required

Instructions

  1. Boil pasta a bit more than just al Dante with a pinch of salt
  2. On the other side, take some Indian ghee in a pan and let is get a bit hot
  3. Add maida in it and stir it until it becomes a thick paste
  4. Add milk in it, in small portions, and stir it properly
  5. Add salt, chilli flakes, pepper and oregano and keep stirring until it gets a bit thicker then normal milk
  6. Add all the veggies, and close the lid
  7. Wait for 2 mins and add pasta (with a bit of pasta water)
  8. And voilaaaa, you’re done lol (don’t forget to add mozz)
