Homemade Guacamole (and chips)

Fresh avocado mashed and folded with crisp red onion and cilantro, served with toasted tortilla chips. Bright, bold, and ready in minutes.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Homemade Guacamole (and chips)

Ingredients

  • 2 Avacado
  • Cilantro
  • Half onion
  • Lemon Juice
  • Rock salt
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Cut out normal 2 Haas Avocado and mash it until thick paste consistency
  2. Add a lot of lemon juice - NOT LIME
  3. Based on taste add a bit of rock salt and normal salt (Yes both)
  4. Add bunch of cilantro (it really enhances the taste) by cutting it into smaller pieces
  5. Cut down the onion into fine pieces and based on how much you like, add it
  6. SERVE IT WITH SALTED CHIPS !!
