Roasted Paneer with Air-Fried Potatoes & Cauliflower

Pan-roast paneer in olive oil 3–4 mins per side with salt, pepper, chili powder, chaat masala. Toss diced potatoes and cauliflower with olive oil, salt, chili powder, tajín; air fry at 375°F for 15–18 mins. Mix yogurt with mint and salt. ENJOY !!!

Roasted Paneer with Air-Fried Potatoes & Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower
  • Mint powder
  • Olive oil
  • Paneer (Cottage cheese)
  • Potatoes
  • Salt
  • Tajin
  • Yogurt

Instructions

  1. Cut the potatoes, cauliflower in small pieces. Paneer in big slices.
  2. Toss potatoes and cauliflower in the air fryer for 380* F for 15-18 mins.
  3. In that time, take a plate, add olive oil, tajin powder, and put paneer slices in it.
  4. Sort of marinate it, and roast it till crispy as wanted.
  5. Take yogurt and add mint powder and salt by taste.
  6. Spread it on your plate. Add veggies from the air fryer, add some salt and tajin on veggies.
  7. Put in the paneer.
  8. AND ENJOYYYYYYYY !! You can add your own veggies too !!!!
