Soft boiled eggs on toast with Air Fryer Falafel. Was lazy and didnt have much so i threw this together have decent protein.

Ingredients
1/2 falafel package
2 eggs
Feta cheese
Salt/pepper
Sourdough bread
Sriracha
Toom spread
Water
Instructions
Bring a small pot of water to a rolling boil. Boil eggs for 7 minutes. Take eggs out and place in bowl of ice water. until cold.
Toast bread. Spread toom on toast, sriracha, cut up egg on toast. season with salt and pepper, top with feta cheese and more sriracha.
Mix 1/2 bag of falafel with 1/4 cup of water + 2-3 tbsp of water. mix well. let rest 10 minutes. Form into 1 1/2 inch balls with fingers. makes roughly 5-6. Put in air-fryer at 375F for 12-3 minutes.
