Ingredients
- Chicken Broth
- Coconut Milk
- Egg
- Garlic
- Grated Ginger
- Hot Chili Oil
- Mushrooms
- Pepper
- Pork Belly
- Ramen Noodles
- Red Curry Paste
- Salt
- Spring Onion
Instructions
- Start by boiling your eggs to make sure they are still jammy on the inside.
- Season the pork belly and cook it in a pan.
- Start the ramen broth in another pot by cooking the garlic, ginger and red curry paste until aromatic.
- Pour coconut milk into the pot and mix. Then pour chicken broth in as well.
- Next, put in the chili oil depending on how spicy you want it.
- After it has been cooking for some time, throw in your veggies. I used spring onion and mushrooms. Also throw in the ramen noodles at this time.
- Throw in the cooked pork belly and let it simmer in the broth to soak up the flavor.
- Once everything is cooked and ready to go, pour into a bowl and put the eggs on top and voila!
