Red Curry Ramen

Ingredients

  • Chicken Broth
  • Coconut Milk
  • Egg
  • Garlic
  • Grated Ginger
  • Hot Chili Oil
  • Mushrooms
  • Pepper
  • Pork Belly
  • Ramen Noodles
  • Red Curry Paste
  • Salt
  • Spring Onion

Instructions

  1. Start by boiling your eggs to make sure they are still jammy on the inside.
  2. Season the pork belly and cook it in a pan.
  3. Start the ramen broth in another pot by cooking the garlic, ginger and red curry paste until aromatic.
  4. Pour coconut milk into the pot and mix. Then pour chicken broth in as well.
  5. Next, put in the chili oil depending on how spicy you want it.
  6. After it has been cooking for some time, throw in your veggies. I used spring onion and mushrooms. Also throw in the ramen noodles at this time.
  7. Throw in the cooked pork belly and let it simmer in the broth to soak up the flavor.
  8. Once everything is cooked and ready to go, pour into a bowl and put the eggs on top and voila!
