Eden Farm Dinner

Hello again my chompers. Realized I forgot to post about this dinner I had the pleasure of putting together with some chefs that are planning on opening a new tasting menu restaurant in Greenville, SC. This is 4 of 6 courses that we produced for 22 guests at a beautiful farm in Northern Georgia.
